I have the honor to forward for your Lordship's information a copy of my letter No 20 of the 24th ulto. in reply to the address of Mr. Johnston, Lieutenant Governor of Hongkong regarding some new Regulations for the sale of land on the Island of Hongkong.
I shall report further on this subject when I am more at home to it, and to make you acquainted with what has been done.
